The rapid development of e-commerce and contactless delivery services in China has gradually reshaped the way consumers purchase daily necessities such as fresh produce. During the pandemic, a new approach which combines the elements of social e-commerce and new retail for purchasing groceries and fresh produce has gained increasing popularity with consumers and enjoyed rapid growth.
