On January 6th-8th, the New Retail Summit 2019 was held in Shanghai, China. Organized by the Business Observer and themed “Optimize Retail Efficiency, Create Value for Customers”, speakers shared their views on how analytics can be applied in better decision making for business and help develop a consumer-centric new retail strategy. Shopping behavior of Generation Z, a promising consumer segment that's shaping the future of retail, was also discussed.
